Our Pilates classes are instructed by a Physiotherapist or Pilates Instructor. Our pilates classes are mat work classes that may incorporate other core stability exercises such as the TRX, swiss ball, hand weights, theraband, pilates hoop or reformer. Before commencing our pilates classes we request that you make a 45-60 minute initial class consultation. This appointment will be just yourself and one or two others and our clinicians will assess your current fitness and abilities, discuss your goals and take you through the fundamental Pilates exercises. You can then begin group classes confident in your understanding of the format and the instructor will have a good understanding of how much guidance you may require during class. TRX is a swing gym that uses gravity and your own body weight to create hundreds of exercises to achieve a wide variety of fitness goals. TRX is used extensively in the group training classes and incorporated in some pilates classes. Group Training classes suit both beginners and athletes. Before commencing our TRX classes we request that you make a 45-60 minute individual, initial class consultation with our Physiotherapist. At this appointment our clinician will assess your current fitness and abilities, discuss your goals and take you through the fundamental TRX exercises. You can then begin group classes confident in your understanding of the format and the instructor will have a good understanding of how much guidance you may require during class.  WATER HiT (High Intensity Interval Training)
In these classes you will use the water as resistance as you exercise. Water weights, kick boards, float belts and noodles are all used to provide a full body workout. These classes fit beginners as well as more advanced students.  The beauty of working out in water is that you can all finish feeling as though you have worked hard, regardless of fitness.

These classes use the private, partially covered, heated pool of the Little Big Swim School, at 5 Allen Road, Bunya. Situated on acreage in a relaxing garden setting makes these classes ideal for a great social and fun class.

WATER RUNNING
Running is a fantastic way to exercise but due to the high inpact water running can serve as an even better workout. The little impact and water resistance of pushing your entire body through a mass creates an even body workout of legs, core and arms.

These classes use the private, partially covered, heated pool of the Little Big Swim School, at 5 Allen Road, Bunya. Situated on acreage in a relaxing garden setting makes these classes the ideal location for privacy and a bit of fun.
