We believe in correct exercise prescription and technique that all our classes are instructed by degree qualified, registered physiotherapists. This also means you can claim your classes through your private health insurance. All our physios also have exercise science undergraduate degrees making them the best to help you achieve your individual fitness goals.
Before commencing any of our fitness classes we request you book a 45 minute initial assessment, which is health fund claimable. This appointment will be with one of our physiotherapists and just yourself or up to two others. Our clinician will assess your current fitness and abilities, discuss your goals and take you through the foundation class exercises. You can then begin group classes confident in your understanding of the format and the instructor will have a good understanding of how much guidance you may require during class.

Most of our pilates classes are instructed by a Physiotherapist and mat-work based. They may incorporate other core stability exercises such as the TRX, swiss ball, hand weights, theraband, pilates hoop or reformer.
Being physio-led and clinical they are best for those recovering from or aiming to prevent injury with the very best guidance and technique instruction. This also means you can claim a rebate from your private health insurance.
TRX HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
TRX is a swing gym/ suspension training that uses gravity and your own body weight to create hundreds of exercises to achieve a wide variety of fitness goals. TRX is used extensively in the group training classes and incorporated in some pilates classes. Group Training classes suit both beginners and athletes.
These classes are not restricted to veterans but are mostly 50 yrs+ men who have been active in the past but want to improve technique, exercise education and improve strength and fitness. Classes are run in our clinic gym and use a variety of equipment from TRX, kettle bells, dumb bells, battle rope and loads more. They are physio-led and health fund rebates apply.
OVER 50's FITNESS
Our 50yrs+ Circuit classes is mostly women and aims to increase strength, balance, endurance, flexibility and cardio-vascular fitness through a variety of exercises often incorporating elements from TRX, boxing and pilates in a fun and social setting.
These classes are instructed by one of our amazing and friendly physios to help with correct technique and a great understanding of your past injuries and weaknesses. This also means they are health fund claimable if you have private health. They are based in our clinic studio space, using various pieces of exercise equipment offering new and exciting challenges, while working to attain your own personal goals.
Evidence shows regular exercise helps to maintain an active and independent lifestyle as well as improve strength, balance, flexibility and endurance while aiding to improve mobility, general health, bone density and immune function.
