P rincipal Physiotherapist, BSC physiotherapy, BSc (hons)Physiology and Sports Science (Glasgow, UK), Grad Dip Strength and Conditioning (ECU).
David graduated in 1996 from Robert Gordons University in Scotland and now brings over 17 years experience working in private practice, NHS public hospitals and sports injury experience treating professional and amateur sports people including rugby, ice hockey, athletics and weightlifting.
During this time he has developed an extensive background in the assessment and treatment of spinal, shoulder and lower limb injuries with a focus on manual therapy and exercise. He is still actively involved in furthering his professional development by completeing post graduate diploma in strength and conditioning, attending post graduate courses and is aiming to start his MSc in musculoskeletal physiotherapy in the near future.
Outside of working he enjoys trying to keep up with his children, participates in judo to varying degrees of discomfort and suffers greater levels of discomfort watching the Scottish rugby team. In his past life (20 kilos ago as he likes to describe it) David was a member of the Scottish Athletics Team and National Champion in the hammer throw. He has a fondness for the beach, a weakness for ice cream and has been known to enjoy a chunky kit-kat from time (a.m) to time (p.m).

Rochelle joins us after graduating from University of Qld. where she developed a keen interest in the assessment, treatment and rehabilitation of lower limb injuries as well as sports related injuries, especially those related to crossfit, futsal and soccer.
As with the clinic philosophy she places a strong focus on manual therapy and exercise in the treatment plans of her patients. Rochelle also is one of our pilates instructors taking clients for assessment of their core stability function and running some of the classes in our clinic.

Christine is extremely passionate about paediatrics, pilates (in particular reformer pilates, strength and balance programs for the elder patients), and general musculoskeletal conditions.
Christine is one of our pilates instructors and is also responsible for bringing school-aged strengthening classes to the clinic (which we are very excited about). Christine has spent a lot of time with children delivering similar programs in previous roles and in a training environment coaching gymnastics where she has 20+ years experience in the sport.
Christine graduated with a bachelor of Human Movement science in 2010 from Central Queensland University, then completed her physiotherapy degree at Australian Catholic University in 2015. She spent her first year in various clinical settings gaining experience in private practice, aged care, paediatrics, pilates and hydrotherapy.
When not in the clinic Christine enjoys breakfast foods, outdoor adventures and travelling.
W ater Fitness Instructor.
Tanya is the face behind Little Big Swim School and has been a partner at Arana Hills Physiotherapy since 2007. She delivers learn to swim for children and adults as well as the water fitness program. She is passionate about the future fitness levels of our children and adults (in the water and on land).
Tanya is an accredited Austswim Teacher in Swimming and Water Safety and Infant and Preschool Aquatics. She has studied child development and teaching at a post graduate level. When she’s not in the water teaching you may find her in the water doing laps. Her other loves include her family, ignoring all responsibilities until the latest great read is finished and baking.
P ilates Instructor.
Krystle has been a qualified Pilates Instructor since 2013 and has been working for Arana Hills Physiotherapy since early 2014. She is currently studying Physiotherapy and also moonlights as a Veterinary Technologist. Krystle is into health and is very passionate about Pilates and its health benefits. On her own time Krystle enjoys cooking, spending time at the beach and traveling.
