Manual
TherapyWe believe in finding
the best method for you and tailoring it to your
personal requirements. Our therapists possess a
wide array of hands on treatment approaches to
help with your problem. These can range from
gentle / subtle soft tissue and muscle energy
techniques to firmer joint mobilisation and even
manipulation in some cases.
Exercise
Our clinicians have a
strong background in the design and application of
exercise in the treatment of musculoskeletal
problems. It is our aim to ensure that the
exercises effectively address your problem,
whether it is a lack of;
flexibility
- stability
- ‘core’ strength
- muscle strength
- endurance
- balance.
We believe that using exercise will enhance
your response to physiotherapy and expedite your
recovery.
Following individual rehabilitation programs it
may be appropriate for you to explore our exercise
service called ASPIRE Health Projects to get
back to full fitness or continue with
rehabilitation. For more sporting individuals or
those who want a high level challenge the sports performance
service will offer you the chance to perform at a
significantly higher level .
