Exercise

Our clinicians have a strong background in the design and application of exercise in the treatment of musculoskeletal problems. It is our aim to ensure that the exercises effectively address your problem, whether it is a lack of;

We believe that using exercise will enhance your response to physiotherapy and expedite your recovery.

Following individual rehabilitation programs it may be appropriate for you to explore our exercise service called ASPIRE Health Projects to get back to full fitness or continue with rehabilitation.
