PHYSIOCORE MATWORK

Taking the best components of pilates matwork and other bodyweight training. This class is for those who want to build a stronger core and hips.

 

PHYSIOCORE

REFORMER

This class moves up a level from the matwork class. It challenges your core, hips and upper body at another level. In this class you will use Pilates Reformers and TRx suspension trainers.

HITT STRENGTH & CARDIO CIRCUIT

Pilates meets TRx meets crossfit meets functional training. Designed for all ages to strengthen your core, lower and upper body & Improve endurance.

3 different class types are available to suit your needs and capability.

EX PHYSIOLOGY BONE CLINIC

Designed for men and women of any age, this class is focused around increasing bone strength and balance and ensuring quality of life and reducing the risk of injury and fractures. Utilising free weights, pilates, TRx, cardio equipment this small, exercise physiologist run class is tailored to suit each participant.

 

RUNNING PROGRAM

Our strength program for runners is a 12 week, 3 Phase program customised for you. Whether you are a recreational runners, trail runners or marathoner, we will have you being the runner you have always wanted to be.

BASE CAMP

Specifically designed for people of all ages and backgrounds, Base Camp is where you can start your fitness journey to recovery and pain-free, confident living.
